Ete (pronounced ‘eat’) is a social media platform for recipe management, enabling users to digitally create, find, save and share recipes.

Ideation

The Problem

Foodies around the world have been creating, documenting and filing recipes for years.

From recipe boxes to bulky binders that eventually get covered in marinara sauce, the management and storage of recipes has been a problem experienced in many households.

The Solution

The solution is quite simple - digitise!

The Ete app provides a solution that would allow cooks to easily write, save, categorise, and share their own recipes, as well as view, save and engage with those created by others.
